ECLEVA was recently tasked with implementing a seamless integration solution between Appian and SharePoint on Office 365 for the University of Wollongong (UOW). The new system automates the creation of project-specific folders and document templates in SharePoint whenever a new project is initiated in Appian. 

This integration ensures that each project in Appian is mirrored in SharePoint with a New Case Folder that includes the correct document templates based on the project type. The system automatically applies relevant metadata to the folder and templates, guaranteeing that any new documents created from these templates will inherit the same tags. Additionally, a custom solution allows users to easily upload new documents into the designated folder. 

By standardizing SharePoint usage across all projects, ECLEVA has improved the overall user experience and simplified access to important university documents for the University of Wollongong.
