ECLEVA’s Year in Review – Highlights and Achievements
2017 was an exceptional year for ECLEVA. We forged strong partnerships, developed innovative business solutions, tackled challenges head-on, and enjoyed the journey. None of these accomplishments would have been possible without our dedicated team, the unwavering support of our clients and partners, and, of course, a great cup of coffee.
Here’s a look at some of the key achievements and innovations that made 2017 a standout year for ECLEVA.
1. Pioneering Business Technology Solutions
ECLEVA delivered cutting-edge, tailor-made solutions across the education, construction, and retail sectors.
EduRe for Commercial Engagement
We successfully implemented a centralized CRM solution for a vocational institute in Queensland, enhancing their ability to manage industry partnerships across multiple campuses.
EduRe is a customizable and scalable suite designed to help educational institutions nurture inquiries, streamline contract management, and execute targeted marketing campaigns effectively.
DocuRe Document Transmittal System
Designed for managing and exchanging large volumes of critical business documents, DocuRe was successfully deployed for a construction firm. This system enables organizations to store, access, and track essential project documents like contracts and design specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration and up-to-date project execution.
Retail Operations System Using Dynamics 365
We leveraged Microsoft Dynamics 365 to develop a robust operations system for a leading Australian health and wellness retailer. This comprehensive solution, implemented across 44 stores nationwide, enhances point-of-sale processes, supply chain management, financial operations, and more.
1) Expanding Our Network with New Partnerships
We broadened our ecosystem by integrating industry-leading solutions to provide smarter technology offerings to our clients.
Experlogix Partnership
In October, we partnered with Experlogix, a leading provider of Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) solutions. This partnership enables us to help clients streamline their sales cycles, improve quote accuracy, and enhance overall sales efficiency.
Unit4 Collaboration
Unit4, a global leader in enterprise applications, has joined forces with ECLEVA to introduce its Student Management System to the Australian market. This platform empowers universities and colleges to automate student lifecycle processes, engage alumni, and provide enhanced student support services. We are also integrating Unit4’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) Suite to help SMEs optimize their project management workflows.
1) Launching an ITIL-Compliant Support Portal
To enhance client experience, we launched a new ITIL-compliant support portal. This platform enables clients to log, track, and manage support requests with ease. Offering real-time updates, case monitoring, and mobile accessibility, this centralized system eliminates the need for excessive email follow-ups.
2) Industry Recognition
ECLEVA was honored with the Industry Expert Award in “Productivity & Technology” by NSW Leaders. As part of our mission to simplify technology for businesses, we hosted over 20 mentoring sessions and led Knowledge Workshops on topics like “Innovation in the Age of Disruption” and “The Business System Every SME Needs.”
Looking Ahead to 2025
Reflecting on our achievements, we are incredibly proud of the progress made in 2017. However, we are setting even higher goals for 2018.
We are committed to continuous learning and enhancing client delivery management to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, we are exploring artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop smarter CRM systems and advanced analytics tools inspired by innovations from the Microsoft Ignite Conference.
